Do we need to make a booking?
Yes, you are encouraged to make a booking before enter to secure yourself a spot on our kart!
How can we make a booking?
You can book a slot with us by dropping us a message on Whatsapp at 011-65521188.
Can I walk in without booking?
Absolutely! Walk-ins are welcome but subject to availability on that day itself.
When is the best time to come to avoid long queues?
Waiting time are always subject to the schedule on that day itself. To ensure your best experience at Super Bros Kart, prior booking is highly recommended.
How will I know if my booking is confirmed?
You will recevie a booking confirmation via Whatsapp.
Why do I need to give you my email address?
Glad that you asked! You will receive newsletters on exclusive promotions, updates on operation hours, and special events. You can opt out of receiving promotional emails when completing your waiver. An email is required for bookings or e-gift cards comfirmation too!
Why do I need to give you my personal details?

Are there any age, weight and height limits?

Can I drink alcohol during go karting?
We have a firm ZERO alcohol tolerance policy. We reserve the right to refuse a participant from driving if we suspect the person is intoxicated by drugs or alcohol.
What is the dress-code requirement?
Drivers and passengers must be wearing closed-toe shoes. No loose fitting clothing such as dresses and skirts.
What do I need to prepare beforehand for go karting?
You are strongly advised to bring your own balaclava and gloves. If not, rest assured! They are available for sale at the registration counter
Can I bring my own Go Kart?
Personal karts are not allowed on our track.
What if I crash on go karting?
In case of on-track incidents, wait for assistance from track marshal. Damaged Go-karts will be charged accordingly
How long are the karting sessions?
10 minutes per session. Our normal/practice sessions are formatted so that the best lap time wins.
What do I get after registered the Activity Box application?
You will get a Race License includes access to lockers, helmet rentals, a disposable balaclava to put on before your helmet, storage of karting history, and exclusive offers via email for a full year.
Does my Race License automatically renew?
No, your Race License does not automatically renew. It will expire one year after purchase.
Is a Driving License required?
A Driver’s License is not required to kart at our track.
Is a waiver required?
Everyone who wishes to participate in an activity at our track must signed their own waiver in the “Activity Box” apps before proceed to enjoy the activities.
Do I need to complete the waiver for myself or my children under the age of 18?
You must complete a waiver for yourself and your child if you wish to participate in activities with them.
Who can sign a waiver for my children under age of 18?
Only the parent or legal guardian of the kids may sign their waiver. If you are bringing along children below 18 years old whom you are not the parent/legal guardian, please have their parent/legal guardian to complete a waiver prior arrival. They may need to complete a waiver for themselves and add on option to add a minor before completion.
